1. Who we are

DTechX ("we", "us", "our") provides web development, IT consulting, social media marketing, UI/UX design, system development and technical support services. This policy explains what happens to information you give us through this website, dtechx.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. That's mainly through the contact form on our Contact page, where we ask for:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• The service you're interested in and your message

We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site, so we don't collect browsing behavior data beyond what our hosting provider needs to keep the site running securely (see Section 5).

3. How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry — to get in touch about the service you asked about, and nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. How your message reaches us

When you submit the contact form, two emails are sent: one notifying our team at info@dtechx.com with your enquiry, and an automatic confirmation reply sent to the email address you provided. These emails are sent directly through our own Zoho Mail account — no third-party form-processing service handles or stores your submission.

5. Cookies & hosting security

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may set limited, strictly necessary cookies related to security and content delivery (for example, protection against automated abuse). These are functional, not tracking or advertising cookies, and don't require consent under applicable law.

This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts' servers, which may log the requesting IP address as part of normal content delivery.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly bot-detection check, to stop automated spam from abusing the form. It runs a background check in your browser and, unlike traditional CAPTCHAs, doesn't track you across other websites.

6. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a reasonable business record afterward. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, email us at info@dtechx.com.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
